Kakovatos Studios - Zacharo

The free WiFi in the common areas was a much-needed lifeline for me, otherwise I'd be stuck talking to the other guests. Thank you, internet, for saving me from awkward small talk!

Just loved hearing the loudspeaker from the nearby orthodox church waking me up at the crack of dawn. Nothing like a religious wake-up call to start my day with a bang!

Cozy and tidy apartment that had everything I needed - electric kettle, fridges, oven, and more to whip up a meal 🍳. Quiet and ideal location near the beach made it even better!

Friendly hostess, small, functional apartment. Air condition saved us in the hot weather! The village had convenience stores and tavernas within walking distance, making it easy to find whatever we needed.

The room had no view and felt cramped. The shower had very low water pressure and the kettle was full of limescale.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the village, making it easy to access restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfortable and come with amenities such as a kitchen and balcony. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The friendly hostess provides excellent service and speaks English fluently.

One small downside is that there are no window nets to keep out mosquitos.

The archaeological site of Olympia is a mere 21 km away, making it the perfect excuse not to go and explore it because I'm too busy enjoying the free WiFi in the common area.

Who needs fancy things like a glossy property when I can experience the joy of sleeping on a soft bed mattress? Ugh, terrible.

As women traveling alone, we felt extremely safe and comfortable at Kakovatos Studios. The friendly and welcoming host, Eleni, made sure we had everything we needed, including a delicious dessert she made herself. The location was perfect, and the apartment itself was small but functional. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather.

The accommodation was great - they provided us with an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a TV; the location in Greek villages had all the necessities.

Clean - nicely decorated French-style rooms - with a well-equipped kitchen. Very close to a beautiful sandy beach with shallow water - perfect for families. Safe area with friendly locals. The host - Eleni - was welcoming and helpful with transportation. Breakfast included in the price was amazing.
